Remember, a 24 hour notice is mandatory to RESCHEDULE (not CANCEL) all appointments. You can reschedule only twice. If notice is not given within 24 hours to RESCHEDULE, you forfeit your $25 deposit and it’s not applicable to a new appointment.
In addition, we ask that all clients please arrive on time. All appointments that are not honored within 15 minutes of your appointment time with no notification of a late arrival may have to be canceled, and deposits may be forfeited. Our waiting area is limited and can accommodate our clients only. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional persons besides yourself to wait for you while you’re being serviced. Young children being serviced should have a parent present.
